I see clients both in a private practice setting at Sacred Space Wellness and in a group practice setting at Envision Counseling, located in Bothell, WA.

At Sacred Space Wellness, I offer the following services:

• Free 30 minute phone consultations, with no obligation, to help you determine whether my practice aligns with your current needs

• 50 minute Telehealth-only psychotherapy sessions for adult individuals (18+) at a rate of $150 per session

My private practice is private pay only. I accept payments via credit card, debit card, HSA card, or FSA card.

At Sacred Space Wellness, I do not work with insurance companies.

At Envision Counseling, I offer the following services:

• 60 minute Telehealth or in-person psychotherapy sessions for adult individuals (18+) at a rate of $150 per session

At Envision Counseling, I am in-network with the following insurance providers: Premera, Optum, Kaiser, Aetna, Regence, Cigna, and First Choice
